Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. You may request a cancellation within 1-2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has moved into the "Processing" or "Shipped" status, we are unable to cancel it.

 

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via:

3. Cancellations After Shipping

If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the shipment. However, once you receive the package, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy. Please note that we do not accept change of mind returns.

 

4. Full Refunds

If your cancellation request is received within the allowed window and before the order is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

 

5. Custom or Personalized Orders 

Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
