Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Reviate Salts. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited Shipping: 4-10 Business Days — $22.99
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Reviate Salts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@reviatesalts.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please follow these steps:
- Check the surrounding area: Look around your porch, garage, and check with neighbors or building management.
- Verify the shipping address: Double-check your order confirmation to ensure the address provided was 100% accurate.
- Wait 24 hours: Occasionally, carriers mark a package as "Delivered" when it is still in the final stage of transit.
- Contact the carrier: Reach out to the local office of the shipping carrier (e.g., Australia Post, DHL, FedEx) with your tracking number to request a "GPS delivery coordinate check."
Reporting a Missing Package
If you have completed the steps above and still cannot locate your order, you must notify us at contact@reviatesalts.com within 24-72 hours of the marked delivery date.
Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms the package is lost before reaching your address, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
Stolen/Missing after Delivery: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. While we are not liable for theft, we will assist you in filing a carrier claim to help recover your funds.
Note: We recommend customers choose a secure delivery location or request a "Signature on Delivery" at checkout for high-value orders to prevent theft.
