We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we are here to help. 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping for Returns

  • Defective Goods: If the product is damaged or incorrect, Reviate Salts will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Change of Mind: Due to the personal care nature of our magnesium products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the seal is broken. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.
